Easy Rules:

1. URL must link directly to page with movies

2. No pop-ups on exit

3. Quality matters, but too high quality is actually bad.
 I don't want to see awesome movies and almost no ads. Don't give away the farm for free.

4. Movies must be easily identifiied.

5. No hot-linking of movies.

6. Big Movies are over 1 MB. You only need one to be listed.

7. Small movies are under 1MB. You need 1MB of total movies to be listed. 

8. Link back to bigxxxmpegs.com will improve listing, but is not required.
